Intelligent. Dynamic. Two words that don't usually come to mind when describing exercise. But Yuriy's approach to movement is intelligent and dynamic.
Intelligent movement means knowing how the body works and responds, and being able to tailor training sessions accordingly. Dynamic movement means always being in motion and changing as needed.

His journey began more than 20 years ago in Russia. “My start was with a set of dumbbells, a 16 kilogram kettle bell, and an old book about athleticism. My attention moved to sambo and judo wrestling and martial arts. It was a fascinating time for me learning all these movements. I felt excitement about learning to move my body with purpose.”
That knowledge and experience paid off while Yuriy served in the military. He learned a few new things during his service as well!
Arriving in the United States in 1999 opened new horizons for Yuriy and led to a career in fitness. “After more than 15 years I can proudly say I have helped many people to achieve in their life all that they want: to be healthy, active and energetic.”
Yuriy’s certifications include ACE Personal Trainer, NASM PES, and Elite Golf Fitness Trainer. He has inspired his clients in large corporate fitness centers, at private country clubs, martial arts centers, and in private home settings.
